Exercise is important to our overall health as well. Everyone is different so choosing what works best for you is paramount. Dust off that bicycle, add yoga, stretching or Pilates to the mix to tone and get those muscles moving. Every little bit helps in obtaining your goals.
ROUTINE PLANNING
Planning and scheduling your meals is also very important to your health. I know that we all have busy schedules, but we need to make time to step away for mealtime and snacks throughout your day. To keep them healthy, I suggest planning out your meals for the week and the ingredients you will need. Once at the grocery store, remember to stay on the outside isles for fresh foods and not the processed or already made to heat up foods. The fresher the better!
