Functional nutrition coaching focuses on understanding the root causes of health issues and addressing them through personalized nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset shifts. How do I know if I need a nutrition coach?

If you've tried dieting and still haven’t seen lasting results or are looking for guidance to create healthier habits, I’m here to support you in reaching your goals. One of the most important aspects of success is accountability. Going it alone can be challenging, especially when life gets busy or when you don't have someone to guide you along the way. Having a coach who is outside your circle—someone dedicated to your success—can make all the difference. I’ll be there to keep you accountable, help you stay on track, and ensure you don’t lose sight of your goals. Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No, my approach is not about following a strict, one-size-fits-all diet. It's about creating a personalized nutrition plan that works for your body, lifestyle, and preferences. We’ll focus on sustainable changes that help you feel better, reduce inflammation, and nourish your body without the stress of restrictive dieting.

Do you take insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance. My coaching services are considered out-of-pocket. However, some clients may be able to use their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for my programs. It's always a good idea to check with your insurance provider or HSA/FSA administrator to see if my services qualify. My goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care that goes beyond the typical insurance coverage, so you receive the attention and support you deserve.

Will I need to buy supplements or special products?

While I recommend some supplements based on your individual needs, nutrition is always our first priority. I’ll guide you toward foods that will nourish your body and support your health goals. Supplements can help support specific needs, but they are not required to get started or achieve your goals.

Do you offer blood tests?

I do not provide the typical blood tests ordered by your physician. However, I do offer functional lab testing that can help identify the root causes of your health issues. These labs provide deeper insights into your health, such as food sensitivities, gut health, genetics, vitamin and mineral imbalances, toxicity levels,and hormone imbalances. Additionally, I will review your existing blood tests to help tailor your nutrition and lifestyle plan for better results.

What can I expect from the 90-minute consultation?

The 90-minute consultation is a deep dive into your health history, goals, and challenges. You’ll walk away with a personalized action plan tailored to your needs, including nutrition guidelines and lifestyle changes to help you get started. This is the first step in your journey toward lasting health.

Can I work with a partner or a friend?

Yes! The Buddy Program is perfect for couples or friends who want to work together. This 6-month program includes 2-on-1 coaching and personalized plans for both of you. It’s a great way to have accountability and support while making healthier changes together.

How long will it take to see results?

Results can vary depending on your goals and how consistent you are with the plan. Most clients start feeling better within the first few weeks, but for lasting change, I recommend at least 3-6 months of working together. Sustainable health requires time, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

How much do your programs cost?

The cost of each program varies depending on the type of coaching you choose. I offer flexible payment plans for my 6 month programs to make it easier for you to invest in your health. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which program is the best fit for you, and I’ll provide you with all the pricing details.

Yes! I understand that investing in your health is a big decision, which is why I offer flexible payment plans for my 6-month programs only. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which plan works best for you so you can get started without stress.

What happens if I don’t reach my goals by the end of the program?

If you’ve stayed engaged and compliant with the program but haven’t met your goals by the end of the 6-month program, I offer a Personal Guarantee. This means I’ll work with you for 3 more months, free of charge, until your goals are achieved.

Do you have a community for additional support?

Yes! In addition to our 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions, I have a private online community where clients can connect, share experiences, and support each other. It’s a great place for additional motivation, accountability, and shared resources. You’ll have access to a network of like-minded individuals who are on a similar health journey.

Can I get ongoing support after completing a program?

Yes, I offer ongoing support packages if you wish it to be 1 on 1, and of course Should you need more support, I am offering a paid membership as well that includes 2 group coachings, free resources each month, each quarter we will have a networking for all of the community to meet each other, and of course the support of being in a likeminded community. You can continue to access my expertise and guidance as needed, ensuring you maintain your progress and continue to reach your health goals.

How can I track my progress?

Throughout our time together, I’ll provide tools to help you track your progress. This includes meal journals, check-ins, and health assessments. You'll be able to see measurable improvements and feel more confident in your health journey.

Do I need to be local to work with you?

No. I work with clients virtually from anywhere in the world. Whether you’re down the street or across the country, we can work together through video calls, email check-ins, and online resources. All of my programs can be done remotely, so you can get the support you need no matter where you are.

What is included in the coaching programs?

Each program includes personalized nutrition plans, exercise recommendations, mindset coaching, and ongoing support. You’ll also receive resources, recipes, meal planning tools, and action steps to help you create long-lasting healthy habits. The programs are designed to guide you step-by-step toward achieving your goals.
